Request Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your NOMSai account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@nomsai.net with subject line: NOMSai Account Deletion Request.
2. Send the request from the email address tied to your NOMSai account.
3. Include your display name and, if available, your account GUID/external ID to help us locate your account quickly.

What Gets Deleted

• Account profile and local credential records.
• Active sessions and sign-in access for that account.
• Associated pantry, preference, and household-linked user records owned by that account, subject to legal/operational retention limits.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery windows.
